Victor Juarez
Executive Chef Victor Juarez brings more than 30 years of culinary expertise to Hotel Maya’s Fuego Restaurant. The native Salvadorian has garnered countless culinary awards including AAA’s “Four Diamond” award and a trio of honors from the Southern California Restaurant Writers Association along with the “Golden Sceptre” award in the American category. Executive Chef Juarez also had the rare honor of being chosen to participate in a dinner event at the James Beard Foundation in New York City.

Onsite Art Sales, Live Art Demonstrations, And More On Sunday, September 17th. The ‘Mayapalooza’ event is presented throughout Hotel Maya’s property to showcase the more than 25 Latin American and guest artists’ talents and wares, Live Latin Jazz performed in Fuego.
