Dear Guest,

The safety and security of our guests and team members remains our highest priority.  In response to the HEALTH ORDER FOR CONTROL OF COVID-19 that was issued by the City of Long Beach as of April 29, 2022 and supersedes all prior orders and remains in effect until further notice, the hotel has implemented the following policies and procedures:

  • Masks are no longer required for any individuals regardless of their vaccination status.  It is recommended that you wear masks in most indoor settings, but it is not required. 
  • Hilton CleanStay – A new program from Hilton that delivers an industry-defining standard of cleanliness and disinfection throughout the hotel. For program details visit: hilton.com/en/corporate/cleanstay/
  • For your comfort & Safety, we want your stay to be as undisturbed as possible. Guest rooms are only being cleaned upon check-out unless an appointment is scheduled at least 24 hours in advance. To schedule an appointment, call the front desk
  • Our Fitness Center is open 24 hours and can be accessed with your room key
  • Wristbands provided at check-in must be worn at all times while on property. Wristbands are for Registered Guests only and will not be re-issued if lost or damaged
  • There is a no party policy in our guestrooms and suites
  • Maximum occupancy is 4 people per guest room
  • We are a 100% non-smoking facility and smoking or vaping is not permitted in guest rooms, patios or public spaces of the property. If you smoke in your guest room, balcony or patio a non-refundable fee of $250 will be charged upon departure and you are subject to eviction
  • Our Pool & Jacuzzi are open daily from 6am-10pm please adhere to all posted guidelines No Coolers, Dogs, Amplified Music or outside Food & Beverage allowed in the pool area
  • Pool Cabanas are available for rental daily between 11am-6pm and can be booked on the experience page of our website.  Hourly rentals based upon availability can be booked through the pool staff  
  • Jet Skis are available for rental daily between 10am-4pm (except Wednesday). To book a Jet Ski visit the experience page of our website
  • Room Service is available daily for Breakfast 6am - 11am and Dinner Friday - Sunday 5pm - 10pm
