Assistant Controller

Assist the Director of Finance in the supervision of the Finance office and with various projects. Ensure the financial reporting requirements are completed in accordance with Hilton’s standards of quality and performance. The individual must possess the following knowledge, skills and abilities and be able to explain and demonstrate that he or she can perform the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Ability to communicate effectively orally and verbally in English. Ability to work in tandem with corporate and ownership in presentation of hotels financials .Ability to analyze large volume of complex financial information from many sources and create reports, forecasts projections. Basic understanding of complex computerized financial systems, experience with M3 system preferred. Ability to use it including manual dexterity to operate all office machines.
Expert knowledge of various computer programs, such as Word and Excel.
Detail oriented and organized.

Ability to effectively deal with guest and team members concerns in a friendly and positive manner, listening to the nature of the concern, demonstrating empathy with the customer/team member and providing positive and proactive solutions.
Knowledge of General Accounting Principles - 11th Edition

Accounts Payable General Cashier

Pay all bills promptly and accurately after verifying that they have all the proper supporting documents. Ensure that the bills are accurate as to items, price, and extensions and also that they have been approved by the department Head, Director of Finance and Management.

Receives and consolidates all cash and checks and prepares for the daily bank deposit. Maintains records of daily cash receipts and transactions.

As a supervisor, you must get things done on time. Use your knowledge and experience to take preventive measures for the protection and comfort of guests, and the safety and security of associates. Oversee a diverse team of well-trained housekeepers. Use your practiced eye to ensure all guest and service areas are cleaned and turndown service delivered. Plan and schedule assignments and manage special requests. Respond to guest requests and concerns, attending to guest needs with prompt courtesy. Previous hotel experience required.

 Bilingual preferred, English is mandatory.

 

 

Room attendant

Clean all assigned guestrooms including dusting, making beds, removal of soiled linens, window cleaning. Replenishment of towels and anything else the room needs. Must use cleaning supplies properly. Must have excellent communication and organization skills, must work well with others and be reliable with the ability to focus on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times.  Reports maintenance deficiencies in order to maintain rooms in compliance standards.  Must have flexible schedule and able to work both weekends and holidays.

 

Houseperson

Responsible for maintaining all linen closets with linen and other guest supplies. Maintains carpets and flooring throughout the property, mainly in public areas. Removes linen and trash from Room Attendant carts and assists Room Attendants with other duties as required. Responsible for trash removal and disposal from public areas. Food And Beverage

Fuego Server

Service of food and or beverage to include the order-taking and delivery of any food and or beverage items this task is to be handed in a friendly, courteous, helpful, timely and professional manner resulting in a very high level of guest satisfaction.  The individual must possess minimum 1 year of prior food server experience in a fast paced established restaurant.

The individual must possess the following knowledge, skills and abilities and be able to explain and demonstrate that he or she can perform the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Must have basic knowledge of food and beverage preparation, service standards, guest relations and etiquette. Knowledge of wines and beverage parings

Ability to read, write and speak the English language sufficient to understand menus, special promotions, record orders, and communicate with guests to explain and record orders.

Ability to remember, recite and promote the variety of menu items.

Ability to transport large trays weighing up to 40 lbs. through a crowded room on a continuous basis throughout shift.

 Must be able to work and open schedule which would include AM & PM shifts , weekends and holidays. 

 

Banquet House Person

Responsible for set up, tear down, cleanliness of meeting space, including but not limited to vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, polishing and shampooing carpets. Must have full schedule availability including weekends and holidays.

Fuego Busser

Responsible for wiping and sanitizing tables or seats with dampened, sanitized cloths and replace dirty tablecloths.  Set and sanitize tables . Scrape and stack dirty dishes and carry dishes and other tableware to kitchens for cleaning.  Assist Server and guest and have excellent customer service skills.  Must be able to work an open schedule including (AM and PM shifts) weekends and holidays.
